I began my graphic design career by experiencing one class in high school- deciding from there that it would be my career. I had always been into art, but I didn’t see myself making a career out of painting. But art set me up for a life-long passion in design. Also in high school I was able to have the oppurtunity to see coding and website building. I found this fascinating and found myself taking coding classes in college. I wanted to expand my design methods from not just Adobe products, but with real online work as well.

My overall goal in college is to graduate with dual degree- meaning a degree each for Graphic Design and Computer Science. I have also dedicated myself to minor in Public Humanities & Arts, allowing me to gain a perspective on how my design work can publically tell stories. During my time in college I have also dedicated myself to be part of Design Club, a club on campus where graphic designers can find passion with their skills.

I am also part of Design Collective, which is work study oppurtunity for designers to get experience in the field through means on campus. I am a FIT Intern, meaning I will gain more roles and experience over my years at RWU. I am also an intern for Communities of Hope, a journalism based group on campus, to work and manage the website they use to share stories.

In my freetime, I enjoy baking, illustrating, going out on walks, and trying new things! I am a very nature-y person and am dedicated to being in environments around me that continue to sustain the beauty of nature. I am also an animal lover and strive myself to provide the best outcomes for animals in need.
